- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a student bank account with bank of america for about 5 years, anyways they changed my banking account status without my written permission and charged my account a 22 dollar maintenance fee for a course of 2 months than they decided to contact me after those 2 months and let me know of the - balance I had no idea I was being charged this so I came to speak with a rep at this location an she was the absolute worst person to deal with was of no help to my situation or tried to rectify the situation, she had blonde hair with glasses and sat at her own personal desk, after 3 hours of resolving nothing, I called costumer support an resolved the issue within 15 minutes, will never go back.By Mark Pidbirny, February 25, 2017
